Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Executive Lounge operations, including scheduling and training of staff.
- Track employee performance, maintain attendance logs, and issue disciplinary action when necessary.
- Observe and coach staff to ensure adherence to proper service standards, food handling, and alcohol service codes.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and assist with hiring and onboarding as needed.
- Monitor and control Executive Lounge inventories, including food, beverage, china, glassware, and silverware.
- Manage weekly beverage ordering and recommend strategies to control gratis food and beverage expenses.
- Ensure consistency of amenities for VIP guests and suites, coordinating with culinary and front desk teams for special occasions and holiday operations.
- Welcome VIP guests, provide suite orientations, and facilitate personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
- Support concierge staff with pre-arrival amenities and suite inspections.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and care.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, and cultural offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Adjust Executive Lounge schedules based on hotel demand while maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Lead by example in upholding Hilton’s commitment to luxury hospitality.
- Develop objectives, solve problems, and foster strong communication with peers and subordinates.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships across hotel departments.
- Previous supervisory experience and at least two years of Front Desk and/or Executive Lounge experience.
- Basic accounting and administrative skills.
