Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Team Member (P&C / Life & Health)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Work Location: In-office or Remote
States Served: Louisiana (LA), Texas (TX), Mississippi (MS), Arkansas (AR)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, licensed insurance sales team member to acquire new customers and grow a book of business. This role includes selling and placing Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance policies while meeting monthly minimum sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and insurance policies through prospecting, lead follow-up, and sales activities
- Sell and place insurance policies for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health products (as applicable)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and/or exceed monthly minimum sales goals
- Complete applications accurately, gather required documentation, and support policy placement
- Maintain compliant, up-to-date customer and sales records in required systems/CRM
- Stay current on state and company insurance requirements and complete required training
Required Qualifications
- Active insurance license(s) in one or more of the following lines:
- Property
- Casualty
- Life
- Health
- Ability to hold and maintain licenses in any or all of the following states:
- Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas
- Strong communication skills and professionalism (phone, email, and/or video)
- Reliable full-time availability Monday–Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior State Farm Team Member experience
- Prior sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
