Summary of Position:
- Follow the Curriculum: Read, understand, and practice all policies in our student course catalog. Teach according to the school’s curriculum using provided aids and handouts.
- Stay Current: Learn and implement new teaching methods introduced during your employment.
- Engage with Enthusiasm: Project excitement, maintain proper grammar, and be mindful of tone, volume, and clarity.
- Be Prepared: Organize and prepare each class presentation, instruct theory from Milady’s Textbook and company PowerPoints, and vary stimuli during presentations.
- Inspire & Lead: Show pride in workmanship, be fair and impartial, listen actively, and encourage independent thinking and research.
- Manage Class Dynamics: Handle disruptive students by involving them and assigning leadership tasks. Conduct progress evaluations and academic counseling according to school policies.
- Prepare Students: Get graduating students ready for state licensing exams and monitor compliance with school policies, standards, and state regulations.
- Stay Available: Be readily available for students and attend staff meetings as scheduled.
- Maintain Certification: Keep your Cosmetology or Esthetics license current and up-to-date with continuing education requirements.

Pay: $50,270.00 - $54,040.00 per year
