Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of wireless devices and plans
- Assist customers with selecting devices, accessories, and service plans that best fit their lifestyle
- Upsell additional services, warranties, and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and billing inquiries while maintaining professional phone etiquette
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong retail sales background with a focus on upselling and product demos
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport and deliver clear information
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations related to sales transactions and retail math concepts
