We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient administrative, billing, and clinical workflow management.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising front office operations, managing billing processes (including No-Fault claims), and serving as the in-house subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks (eCW). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare administrative experience, and in-depth knowledge of medical billing and electronic medical records systems.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations
- Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
- Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies
Billing & No-Fault Claims
- Manage and oversee medical billing processes
- Submit and follow up on No-Fault claims
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation
- Handle insurance verification and claim denials
- Monitor accounts receivable and revenue cycle performance
EHR / eClinicalWorks (eCW) Expertise
- Serve as subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Customize templates, workflows, and reporting within eCW
- Train staff on proper documentation and system usage
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with eCW support
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Manage office budgets and expense tracking
- Generate financial and operational reports
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office management role
- Strong experience with No-Fault claims and medical billing
- Advanced working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Understanding of revenue cycle management
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or interventional practices
- Certification in medical billing/coding (CPC, CMRS, or similar)
