We are a growing interior design and furniture rental company looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Interior Design & Operations Assistant to support both the creative and operational sides of our business.
This is a hands-on hybrid position. Some days may involve creating mood boards and updating project spreadsheets from your laptop; other days may involve receiving furniture, assembling pieces, preparing for an installation, or assisting on-site at a client's home.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and doesn't need constant direction to stay productive.

- Use Canva to create and update design materials
- Maintain project spreadsheets, furniture lists, inventory information, and other digital records
- Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward
- Provide basic design input and direction when needed
Warehouse + Installation Support
- Receive and organize furniture and décor deliveries
- Move packages and furniture within our warehouse
- Assemble furniture such as beds, nightstands, dressers, tables, chairs, and other pieces

- Is proficient with Canva
- Is comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new technology
- Is comfortable working on a MacBook

Ideal Background
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Interior design or interior decorating
- Home staging
- Furniture or home décor retail
- Design assistance
- Administrative or project coordination
- Furniture installation or assembly
Formal interior design education is a plus, but good taste, strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to get things done are equally important to us.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the full process — from helping develop a design concept to seeing the finished space come together on installation day.
We are a small, growing company, so we're looking for someone who can become a trusted part of the team and take increasing ownership of responsibilities over time.
To Apply
Please submit your resume along with a cover letter telling us about your interest in interior design and why you think you'd be a good fit for this role.
If you have examples of mood boards, design work, Canva presentations, or other relevant creative work, we'd love to see them.
