Compensation: $82,000 - $110,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Implement personalized OT treatment plans created by licensed Occupational Therapists
- Lead clients through activities that improve ADLs, fine motor abilities, cognition, and functional mobility
- Coach families on strategies, adaptations, and home modifications that enhance safety and independence
- Contribute to interdisciplinary communication to keep patient care aligned and effective
- Document visits clearly and promptly to support strong clinical outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota COTA license
- Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Home care experience welcome but not required—training available for the right COTA
- A passion for empowering clients to thrive at home
