Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group (CCD) is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Carte Attendants at Tampa International Airport (TPA) in Tampa, Florida. This position may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis and is an onsite role supporting daily airport operations. As a Carte Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring airport passengers have convenient access to luggage carts and related amenities, while helping create a positive, safe, and efficient airport experience.
In this role, employees are responsible for retrieving and transporting luggage carts from high-return areas to high-demand locations throughout the airport to maintain availability for customers. Additional responsibilities include routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of luggage carts, cart management units, and associated equipment, including massage chairs where applicable. Carte Attendants are expected to practice safe work behaviors at all times, maintain clear communication with coworkers and supervisors, and provide courteous and professional assistance to airport guests. Additional duties may be assigned based on operational and customer service needs.
This is a physically active position that requires continuous walking and standing for the duration of the shift. The role also requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull 75–100 pounds when moving multiple carts. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable law.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of prior work experience, preferably in customer service, janitorial, hospitality, or facilities support roles. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English are required to ensure safety, teamwork, and customer interaction. All applicants must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the assigned work area.
