We are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead one of our top-performing locations. This is a role for ambitious leaders who thrive on achieving targets, motivating teams, and taking full ownership of store performance.
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership
- Act as the store’s #1 sales driver, leading from the front.
- Motivate and inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Deliver clear action plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
Team Development
- Recruit, train, and retain strong sales talent.
- Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure peak performance.
Operations & Store Standards
- Oversee scheduling, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain strong visual presentation standards aligned with company expectations.
- Ensure efficient inventory flow and accurate reporting.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics and use data to drive improvements.
- Control labor costs and maximize profitability.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic goals and growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- 4+ years of retail store management experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales-focused team
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays (non-negotiable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation
