Duties
- Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration to create durable surfaces
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities
- Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project specifications and plans
- Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and drywall work as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools for precise cutting, shaping, and assembly tasks
- Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry, plastering, and woodworking skills
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction trades
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and hand/power tools proficiently
- Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate execution of plans
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, and framing carpentry
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently
- Familiarity with construction site procedures including safety practices and equipment operation
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Valid experience in remodeling, restoration projects or working with various building materials such as stucco or siding is a plus
