As a Powersports & Outdoor Power Equipment Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and assembling a wide range of equipment, including UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, handheld equipment, compact utility equipment, and other outdoor power products.
In this hands-on role, you'll use your mechanical and diagnostic expertise to deliver reliable, high-quality repairs that keep our customers working, riding, and enjoying the outdoors with confidence. Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and performance issues on powersports, lawn & garden, and outdoor power equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, tire replacement, blade service, belt replacement, tune-ups, fluid changes, and inspections.
- Repair and replace engines, transmissions, driveline, suspension, steering, hydraulic, electrical, and fuel system components.
- Troubleshoot and repair gasoline and diesel engines, as well as electrical and electronic control systems.
- Assemble, inspect, and prepare new powersports and lawn & garden equipment for sale (PDI – Pre-Delivery Inspection).
- Install OEM and aftermarket accessories, attachments, and performance upgrades.
- Test equipment before and after repairs to ensure safe, reliable, and manufacturer-compliant operation.
- Accurately document diagnostics, repairs performed, parts used, and labor hours.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations, additional work needed, and estimated completion times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while properly caring for dealership tools and equipment.
- Follow manufacturer service procedures, dealership policies, and all safety standards.
- Stay current with manufacturer training, certifications, and new equipment technologies.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
