Who You Are
You’re a positive, reliable, and motivated team player with a passion for great food and great service. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in leading the team, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’re hands-on, adaptable, and ready to step up wherever needed.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily store operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Lead by example during shifts, helping with food prep, service, and team support
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Help manage scheduling, labor, and team productivity
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards
- Receive deliveries and monitor inventory levels
- Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and product quality
- Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and deposits
- Support opening and closing procedures
What You’ll Bring
