The Opportunity
The kitchen doesn't run without you. Sodexo Live! is looking for hardworking, reliable Dishwashers and Stewards to maintain the foundation of our culinary operations at Benaroya Hall. You will play a crucial role behind the scenes, ensuring our chefs have the tools they need and our kitchens remain safe, spotless, and fully compliant with health codes.

What You’ll Do
- Sanitize & Supply: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all service ware, pots, and pans are properly sanitized and readily available for the culinary and service teams.
- Maintain the Space: Execute cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, floors, and storage areas to keep the back-of-house shining.
- Manage Waste: Handle back-of-house waste disposal, recycling, and composting systems quickly and cleanly.
- Support the Team: Assist the culinary and warehouse teams with moving heavy equipment, organizing bulk inventory, and general kitchen utility tasks.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a kitchen utility, dishwashing, or commercial cleaning role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A strong understanding of basic sanitation and workplace safety standards.
- The physical stamina to stand for long periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- A reliable, team-first attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
