Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support while helping ensure the efficient day-to-day function of the practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to leadership and healthcare staff
- Manage emails, phone calls, scheduling, correspondence, and office communications
- Maintain electronic medical records systems and patient data
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and patient appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents
- Assist in resolving administrative and operational issues within the practice
- Support daily healthcare administrative and office management tasks
- Handle order entry and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Assist with workflow coordination and special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required or currently obtraining
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
- Strong interest administration, operations, and leadership development
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software applications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage calendars, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with medical receptionist or patient coordination duties is a plus
