Store Manager – Houston, Main St Location
We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Store Manager to lead our Houston Main St location and take full responsibility for daily store operations, team performance, customer experience, and overall store success.
What You’ll Do:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the store from open to close and making sure the location runs smoothly every day. This includes managing staff, ensuring strong customer service, maintaining inventory, hitting monthly goals, and keeping the store operating at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all store operations and make sure the store is properly opened, staffed, and closed.
Ensure team members are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly sales/performance goals.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity across shifts from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Weekend availability is required.
Be available for weekly calls, even if scheduled off.
Work holidays when required.
Understand that the store is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays.
Ensure the store is always open with the correct staff scheduled, or be prepared to work the shift yourself if needed.
Maintain inventory, restock items, and run errands when necessary to keep the store operating smoothly.
Coach team members on a weekly basis to improve performance, customer service, and sales results.
Stay active and communicate with the Area Manager even when leaving the store or working off-site.
Take full ownership of team success, customer satisfaction, and store performance.
Experience Needed:
5 to 10 months of management experience preferred, ideally in retail, service, rentals, or customer-facing operations.
Must be dependable, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Monthly bonus opportunity with payouts up to $1,500, depending on hitting monthly targets and store performance goals.
