We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and make reservations.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with night audit or other front desk duties as assigned.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and authorized to work in the U.S.
