The right candidate is an experienced carpenter with strong leadership ability, excellent field judgment, and the confidence to manage projects, guide team members, and uphold a professional job site. You should be highly skilled in residential construction, capable of reading plans, solving problems in real time, and producing clean, accurate work without compromise.

Qualifications: 5+ years of carpentry experience preferred, strong residential construction knowledge, leadership experience, ability to read plans, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
