Event Setup & Teardown Laborer

Part-Time / Full-Time Available Event Laborer (Setup & Teardown)
$18-$20 per hr
About the Role:

We are hiring hardworking and reliable Event Laborers to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with the setup and teardown of rental equipment for events, including tents, tables, chairs, staging, lighting, and more. This is a hands-on position perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team that brings events to life.
Responsibilities-
Load and unload trucks with rental equipment.- Set up and break down tents, tables, chairs, stages, and other event equipment.- Follow site layouts and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate setup.- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and care of equipment.- Assist with general labor tasks as assigned by the On-Site Operations Manager or crew leads.- Adhere to all safety protocols while working in fast-paced environments.
What We’re Looking For- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
