Job Summary:
A Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Technician will possess the requisite skills, knowledge and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery as well as general building requirements.
Job Duties:

Troubleshoot and perform repairs including but not limited to: PLC, relay logic, mechanical, hydraulic, and compressed air systems

Write up work order requests, (either physically or through mobile software), and research through various sources/vendors which parts to order.

Works with other maintenance team members on various open projects

Maintain logs and Preventative Maintenance Schedules for various machining/press centers.

Adheres to proper safety procedures and regulations.

Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Significant experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of industrial woodworking equipment including CNC based routers, drills, saws, banders, presses, and other woodworking equipment

Significant experience in general facilities maintenance including electrical (high and low voltage and three phase); plumbing systems, boilers and HVAC systems, and general structural repair and maintenance.

Welding experience a plus

Electrical wiring/experience desired

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Administrative and organizational experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures for machine operation, preventative maintenance, tool management, and quality control a plus.

Ability to utilize manual and electronic measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measurers, etc.).

Possess basic math skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work overtime hours as needed.

Able to withstand standing for long periods of time. Frequent turning and reaching required.

Able to lift in excess of 25 lbs.
