ActionOnsite is seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialist to support industrial athletes in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments throughout Ontario, CA.
This is a great opportunity for clinicians who enjoy movement-based care, injury prevention, ergonomics, and hands-on employee coaching while working independently onsite.
We’re Looking For:
- Physical Therapists (PT/PTA)
- Occupational Therapists (OT/COTA)
- Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC)
What You’ll Do
- Provide OSHA first-aid level support
- Assist employees with early discomfort intervention
- Coach safe body mechanics and movement strategies
- Perform ergonomic observations and job coaching
- Lead stretch and flex or movement preparation sessions
- Support a proactive injury prevention culture onsite
- Complete clear and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Active clinical license or ATC certification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial settings
- Able to adapt quickly and work independently
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, or ergonomics experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- CEAS I or CEAS II
- Industrial injury prevention
- Functional movement coaching
- OSHA first aid knowledge

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
