Duties
- If PT: Conduct evaluations and treatments, most patients will stay with you throughout their POC. Not just evals and handing off to PTA.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting patient rehabilitation goals across orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and other areas.
- Deliver hands-on therapies such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed while ensuring adherence to clinical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals—including physician office right upstairs.
- Use WebPT 1.0 to document appropriately.
- Educate patients and their families on home & community care practices to promote ongoing recovery and independence outside clinical settings.
Skills
- Experience in outpatient clinics, and working with patients in chronic pain.
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatric patients, and those in outpatient settings.
- Excellent client communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs while adhering to healthcare standards.
- Experience with outpatient rehabilitation center environments or hospital inpatient units is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in managing outpatient experience, home health services, and outpatient clinic workflows.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities. We use WebPT, so knowledge of that system will help you.
- Knowledge of discharge planning processes and working collaboratively with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Preference will be given to PTs/PTAs with experience in treating TMJ disorders, Vertigo, or other board-certified specialty.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
