LongHe Chinese Cuisine is a new restaurant offering creative Chinese cuisine with Cantonese roots and modern fusion influences. Our goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
We are currently hiring Dishwashers and Food Preparers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for daily food production (wash, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients)
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area
- Take out trash and recycling
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen team as needed
Qualifications
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Weekend availability preferred
