Sandwich Assembly — Banh Mi Boys
Banh Mi Boys is a fast-casual Vietnamese-Southern sandwich shop, and the sandwich station is where every order comes together. You’re the last set of hands on the food before it hits the customer.
What you’ll do:
- Build banh mi and sandwiches to spec — right bread, right portions, right toppings, every time
- Dress and toast baguettes, portion proteins, and finish orders with pickled veggies, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and sauces
- Read tickets fast and keep the line moving during lunch and dinner rushes
- Prep station items like pickled carrots and daikon, sauces, and sliced veggies
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized through the shift
- Follow food safety and portioning standards
What we’re looking for:
- Fast hands and attention to detail — consistency matters more than speed at first, speed comes with reps
- Able to stay calm and focused when tickets stack up
- Reliable, shows up on time, works well with the kitchen team
- No experience required — we train you through BMB University
Pay: [$X–X/hr] plus tips. Part-time and full-time available.
Pay: $15.00 - $28.49 per hour
