School Transportation Driver
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused School Transportation Driver to transport students of all ages, including pre-school through high school. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle while following assigned routes and schedules, ensuring a positive and secure transportation experience for students.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a company vehicle to transport students (pre-school through high school)
- Follow assigned routes and scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
- Supervise students while in the vehicle to ensure safety and proper behavior
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or issues
- Perform basic vehicle checks before starting each shift
- Ensure required supplies are in the vehicle before departure
- Maintain a safe and professional driving environment at all times
Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to pass a DOT Physical
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working around children
Schedule
- School calendar schedule
- Split shifts (morning and afternoon routes)
- Midday work may be required as needed (additional trips/activities)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.75 - $17.00 per hour
