Breakfast Cook
Epoch at Exeter Inn | Exeter, NH
Epoch at Exeter Inn is seeking Breakfast Cooks to lead our morning service and create exceptional breakfast experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for preparing house-made breakfast items, including pastries and breads, as well as à la minute egg dishes and breakfast proteins. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and passionate about quality ingredients and hospitality.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of culinary experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Strong breakfast cookery skills, including egg preparation and short-order execution
- Experience baking or preparing house-made pastries and breads is a plus
- Ability to work independently and lead breakfast service with consistency and attention to detail
- Full-service hotel experience preferred
Schedule
- Full-time & part-time positions
- Morning shifts beginning at 6:00 AM and generally ending around 11:00 AM, though shifts may extend later depending on business levels and operational needs
- 5–6 days per week, including weekends
