Lead, train, and develop team members

Assist with hiring, scheduling, and onboarding

Manage inventory and support food cost goals

Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

Balance cash drawers and ensure operational accuracy

Help achieve sales, labor, and operational goals

Deliver exceptional guest service and lead by example

Restaurant management experience preferred
