Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our fast growing telemedicine physician practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding operational teams across multiple functions to ensure efficiency and drive the overall success of our operations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, reliable and hard working mindset with an ability to foster a collaborative working environment. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in business development, project management, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee process improvement efforts, ensuring continued clinical excellence
- Support HR functions and tasks
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
- Strong background in supervising teams and managing diverse operational functions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.
Background
- Healthcare experience required
- Advanced degree highly preferred e.g., MBA, MPH
- Clinical degree highly preferred e.g., RN, PT, OT etc...

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
