EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports the daily operations of property management and helps maintain well functioning housing sites. The role focuses on assisting with maintenance needs, resident services, and essential administrative tasks.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will perform the following duties:

Work Orders: Prepare requests for repairs, exterminations, and maintenance activities across assigned properties

Site Inspections: Conduct inspections to help maintain the physical condition of the properties

Resident Services: Build strong relationships with residents and support their housing needs

Application Processing: Handle applications, lease ups, certifications, and re certifications while maintaining accurate tenant files

Inventory Management: Assist with fixed assets, inventory tracking, and purchasing supplies in line with policy

Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and complete additional assigned duties

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
