Job Overview: One nurse per patient! Shifts are 6 -12 hours. Pay is Flat Rate: RN $44.63/hr LPN $35.00/hr. Willing to train new grads. Hired through KPI agency.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient's vital signs
- Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Collaborate with case manager and other staff nurses
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-Monitor Ventilator (Will do ventilator training in home)
- Requirements:
- - Valid WI nurse license
- Patient: 66 year old female with dystonia. Has a tracheostomy, ventilator, urostomy and J-tube and G-tube. Non-verbal but uses communication devices. Uses electric wheelchair, Hoyer lift, feeding pump, suction machine and cough assist machine. Needs total care.
- We have the following shifts available:
- -8pm-8am 1-2 Fridays per month
- -8pm-8am 1-2 Saturdays per month
- Fill in hours as needed
