Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned pediatric practice providing strengths-based, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We are hiring our first Occupational Therapist to help build OT services within our growing practice. Many of our current families receive OT services elsewhere, and we're expanding to better meet those needs within one coordinated, child-centered practice.

About the Role
This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with neurodivergent children, values collaboration, and is interested in helping develop OT services within a supportive, clinician-led environment. You’ll work closely with SLPs who share a commitment to child-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care and will have the opportunity to help shape how occupational therapy grows within the practice.
