We are seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and highly organized National Account Manager to join our revamped department. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our high-value clients and nationwide vendor network. Your core focus will be cultivating long-term customer relationships, managing vendor compliance, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and driving growth within existing accounts — all while upholding our commitment to sustainable environmental practices.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries via email and portal platforms, delivering elite customer service with a sense of urgency.
- Identify and secure out-of-scope work opportunities while maintaining target profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to guarantee top-quality service delivery and full compliance with contractual scopes of work.
- Conduct daily and weekly follow-ups with vendors for required documentation, status updates, and proof of service completion.
- Maintain accurate client and vendor tracking systems to keep operations seamless and transparent.
- Work directly with the Director of Operations to ensure company goals, processes, and service standards are consistently met.
- Participate in weekly status meetings with fellow Account Managers and the Director of Operations to review performance, overcome operational hurdles, and share best practices.
Requirements
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone etiquette with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Outstanding organizational habits, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate tracking systems.
- Strong sense of urgency with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Ability to evaluate client needs, analyze operational data, and ensure profitability on out-of-scope projects.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with email systems, client management portals, and tracking software.
Pay: $57,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
