Logistics Operation Coordinator
Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a candidate with experience in international import/ export operation (ocean/ air). This position requires excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task along with the knowledge to produce accurate workflow in a fast-paced freight forwarding operations environment, while positively contributing to the success of the team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Able to complete the Air and Ocean Shipments including creating and managing shipping documentation, booking, schedules, customs clearance, and truck dispatch

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication

Proficiency in interacting, developing and maintaining customer relationships

Ensure all proper records are input in the system, organized, and filed.

Comprehend all shipping carrier timelines.

GoFreight knowledge is a plus

Other duties as assigned.
