Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior management strategies to foster positive behavioral changes.
As an RBT, your primary responsibility will be to directly execute behavior intervention plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). You will work under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA, where you will collect data on behaviors and provide treatment implementation to support ongoing analysis. Your role will involve teaching and reinforcing specific skills while employing strategies to reduce challenging behaviors as outlined in the intervention plans.

Duties:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA or BCaBA.
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behaviors.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain regular communication with the BCBA or BCaBA, providing updates on progress and reporting challenges.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when managing medical documentation and client information.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
- Build strong rapport with clients and their families to foster trust and engagement.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working in school setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong data collection and documentation skills.
- Ability to adhere to protocols and guidelines for behavioral therapy.
- Understanding of special education practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Current Broward/Dade County School Vendor Clearence (preferred).
