Fox Chapel Physical Therapy is a well-established, therapist-owned outpatient clinic located in Fox Chapel, PA. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a new graduate or an experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care.
We strongly value continued professional development. Candidates who are Board- Certified Clinical Specialists (OCS, NCS, or GCS) or those with a strong interest in pursuing board certification as a Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs for patients across a variety of conditions, with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
- Educate patients and families on treatment strategies, home programs, and self-management
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
- Provide care across diverse populations including orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, and community-based patients
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program, or eligible degree (PT, MPT)
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligible)
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Board-Certified Clinical Specialist (OCS, NCS, GCS) or interest in pursuing board certification preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
