The Senior HR Generalist serves as a key HR partner supporting a dynamic, operations-focused environment. This role provides both strategic and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and HR program execution.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations

Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement

Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management

Support onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit processes

Develop and maintain accurate HRIS and applicant tracking system data

Assist in preparation of HR metrics, reporting, and audit documentation

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and programs

Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and culture programs

Provide coaching on career development, goal setting, and employee growth

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation, benefits, and talent initiatives

Contribute to HR projects, system implementations, and process optimization efforts
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior generalist or HR business partner capacity

Experience working in a regulated, manufacturing, or fast-paced operational environment preferred

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP or similar systems)
