Day-to-Day

- Handle complete system changeouts, service calls, and callbacks
- Train your helper to your standards
- Collect payment before leaving each job
- Document everything in our system with photos
- Cross-train at other locations when needed
What You'll Earn
- Base piece rates: $350-$700 per system depending on complexity
- Drive bonuses: $50-$100 per job + mileage bonuses for distant calls
- Weekend/Holiday premium: Time and a half
- Top performers earn: $100K+ annually
