The ideal candidate would have availability Saturday through Tuesday.
Guest Service
- Greet guests promptly and present food and drink menus.
- Connect & serve guests by being intentional, observant, anticipatory, and friendly.
Beverage Preparation
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar guests and dining room tables.
- Maintain standards of original drink specifications by following exact recipes
- Maintain deep knowledge of cocktail recipes, craft beers, and wine.
- Change soda fountain syrups and beer kegs.
Safety and Compliance
- Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age.
- Follow local health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Maintenance and Operations
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware before and during shifts.
- Prepare fruit garnishes and restock bar ice bins.
- Maintain & executing cleaning bar top, tables, coolers,
- Operate POS software, open/close tabs, and handle cash or credit payments.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Answer menu questions and suggest daily specials or pairings.
- Check guest satisfaction during meals and clear empty plates/glasses.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in bartending and serving in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Qualifications:
Previous Hospitality experience preferred.
Record of reliability.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
