About the Opportunity
A career-focused postsecondary school is seeking an exceptional Licensed Esthetician
Instructor to join our academic team. We are committed to preparing future esthetics
professionals through high-quality instruction, hands-on clinical training, professionalism,
and student-centered learning. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about
teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop the knowledge, technical skills, and
confidence needed to succeed in the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and clinic instruction in accordance with Texas licensing requirements.
- Teach both theory and hands-on clinical skills.
- Demonstrate professional esthetics techniques while emphasizing safety, sanitation, and exceptional client care.
- Evaluate student progress through practical assessments, written exams, and clinic performance.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and academic support to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records.
- Supervise students during clinic services.
- Participate in faculty meetings and curriculum development.
- Serve as a positive role model for professionalism, ethics, and lifelong learning.
Qualifications
- Current Texas Esthetician License required.
- Minimum of three years of professional esthetics experience.
- Teaching, training, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and student success.

Schedule
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
Monday–Friday and Occasional Saturday
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
