We are expanding our team in Plant City and looking for a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team in a PRN capacity, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role down the road.
Note: Onboarding for this position will begin on a 3-day/week, 8am - 5pm PRN schedule to align with operational training and route integration before moving to a permanent full-time schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, empathetic care adapted to each patient's physical and emotional needs.
- Review medical histories, verify informed consent, and maintain precise documentation in EHR.
- Capture and assess mammography images for technical excellence, routing through Hologic imaging workflows.
- Strictly enforce radiation protection guidelines (ALARA) and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain thorough Quality Control/Quality Assurance logs in compliance with FDA/MQSA and ASRT standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current ARRT (M) certification required
- Florida State License as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
- 2+ years of hands-on mammography experience
- Deep expertise with Hologic systems and digital mammography workflows
- Excellent communication skills—you will be the primary face of our company on-site!
Pay: $46.00 - $48.00 per hour
