We are currently looking to bring on experienced tradesmen to help lead crews on various renovation projects.
Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable tradesmen to lead a team of approximately 3 other workers on renovation projects. The ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who enjoy working with others, mentoring team members, and contributing across multiple trades.
We are particularly interested in:
- One candidate with Plumbing experience
- One candidate with Finish Carpentry experience
However, candidates with a well-rounded, multi-trade skill set are strongly encouraged to apply.
This role is a 1099 subcontractor role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 3 team members
- Perform hands-on renovation work across multiple trades
- Train, guide, and collaborate with team members on job sites
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential renovations
- Strong skills in plumbing or finish carpentry (preferred)
- Experience in various trades (electrical, drywall, flooring, framing, etc.) is a plus
- Ability and willingness to train and work collaboratively with others
- Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)
- Must provide your own tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
