Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC and appliance repair, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Core Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections to prevent failures, support equipment changeovers, and maintain accurate logs in CMMS.
- Collaborate with production/engineering teams, assist with new equipment installation, and follow safety/LOTO procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis, drive efficiency, and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance and problem‑solving.
MUST HAVE:
- Should have minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Should have the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems
- Should have the ability of replacing pumps and motors and perform preventive maintenance
Shift Timing: 2:30PM - 10:30PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
