About the Role:
Join Class 101 and Sylvan Learning Center as the Director of Center in Coral Gables, FL, where you'll lead our mission to empower students through personalized education. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a positive learning environment for students.
- Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
- Coordinate events and workshops to promote student engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Sylvan policies and procedures.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to improve center performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in educational leadership or center management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for student success and educational development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours OR willingness to take on full-time position.
- Background in tutoring or educational services is a plus.
