Seeking a person willing to stamp the best first impression, an exceptional candidate who makes our guests glad they came to our restaurant, welcome and seat them in a quick and efficient way, starting a great experience.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience
· Oversee and interact with regular and special customers to build loyalty and recognition
· Maximize seating efficiency following Soya Sushi guidelines
· Maintain full knowledge of all menu, ingredients, pricing and service standards
· Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
· Maintain and properly use uniform and all front-of-house equipment in accordance with company standards
· Ensure compliance with ADA and health regulations, company policies, and service standards
· Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
· Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
· Ensures various guest touch points are cleaned and sanitized.
BASIC REQUISITES
· 3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume and elevated dining
· Courteous, Self-motivated, professional, and performance-driven
· Detail-oriented with effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
· Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and compute basic arithmetic
· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30lbs
· Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Windows, and POS systems
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information, recipes and data
· Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
· Team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to guest satisfaction

COMPENSATION
· 18 $ to 20 $ per hour, based on performance and experience
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
