We are looking for an upbeat, driven, and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist / Wellnesss Coach! This role is key to supporting clients through their weight loss journey and/or wellness journey by providing education, coaching, and personalized support—while also helping to grow our practice through strong consultative sales!
This unique, hybrid role blends as a Sales Specialist / Wellness Coach where you will make a meaningful impact while learning cutting edge wellness, weight loss, hormone, and regenerative medicine treatments.
Training is provided for all service lines.You will assist with, deliver, and improve treatments across multiple service lines, including:

- Clinical laser therapy

- Client education

- Protocol reinforcement
✔ Weight Loss Coaching Reinforcement and Intial consult ( Sale )

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial sales consultations and enroll clients into our programs
- Educate clients on programs, expectations, and pricing
- Provide personalized health coaching sessions based on our structured programs
- Helps clients stay on track, motivated, and accountable
- Review and discuss client progress, celebrate successes, and correct challenges
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and health progress
- Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, follow up, workflows, and other tasks as assigned
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive client experience
- Perform hair restoration treatments
- Operate AI HairMetrics and laser device systems
- Assist with hormone and weight loss service protocols
- Learn EHR & CRM systems (Charm EHR and GoHighLevel CRM)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE at least 1 year of experience in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Gmail), CRM, EHR, etc…
- CRM software experience is a PLUS
- Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed
- Must be experienced in organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, flexible, and accountable
- Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities efficiently
- Flexible, adaptable, productive, and willing to take on new tasks as needed
