Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter- Lead to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions supporting a large enterprise technology organization. This role requires a recruiter who understands technical talent markets, can build strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience from intake through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting through candidate start date.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Source, identify, and engage passive technical talent using multiple recruiting channels.
- Recruit for positions including:
- Software Engineers
- Cloud Engineers
- Solutions/Enterprise Architects
- DevOps Engineers
- Data Scientists
- Cybersecurity Professionals
- IT Infrastructure Engineers
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Present qualified candidates and manage interview coordination.
- Negotiate compensation within established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize recruiting analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Experience
- Proven experience recruiting technical/IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Modern technology stacks
- Experience managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Manage candidate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Conducting Boolean searches.
- Identifying passive candidates.
