Boca Raton Plastic Surgery Center is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our established, physician-owned cosmetic plastic surgery practice.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced injector who enjoys working closely with a plastic surgeon in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In addition to providing aesthetic injectable treatments, you'll play an important role in caring for our surgical patients while helping grow our thriving non-surgical practice.
You'll work alongside Dr. Cristina Keusch, a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 35 years of experience, in a beautiful cosmetic surgery practice with a dedicated on-site operating room.
Schedule
· Part-time (23 hours per week)
· Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
· No evenings
· No weekends
Compensation & Benefits
· $60-$70/hour DOE
· Quarterly production bonus

Responsibilities
· Perform Botox®, dermal filler, Skinvive®, PRP, Renuva®, and Sculptra® treatments
· Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
· Provide post-operative follow-up care and patient education
· Assist with pre-operative appointments and surgical patient management
· Work closely with Dr. Keusch to ensure exceptional continuity of care for surgical patients
· Maintain accurate medical documentation
· Deliver outstanding patient care and customer service
· Collaborate with our surgeon and clinical team

For providers interested in broadening their clinical experience, opportunities may include:
· Assisting Dr. Keusch in the operating room
· Learning basic surgical closure techniques
· Cross-training in our post-anesthesia recovery area (PACU)
Qualifications
· Active Florida APRN license
· Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience
· Demonstrated experience with Botox Cosmetic® and hyaluronic acid fillers
· Excellent consultation and communication skills
· Professional, dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
