Behavioral Innovations is looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Territory Outreach Manager to grow physician and healthcare partnerships throughout the Houston market. You'll own your territory, develop referral relationships, and help more children gain access to life-changing autism services.

Own and grow your assigned territory.

Build relationships with physicians, specialists, therapists, and healthcare providers.

Generate new referral partnerships and expand existing ones.

Represent Behavioral Innovations at provider meetings, Lunch & Learns, networking events, and community organizations.

Educate providers on ABA therapy and why Behavioral Innovations is the partner of choice.

Partner with Clinical, Intake, and Operations to ensure an exceptional referral experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
-
2+ years in healthcare business development, physician liaison, provider relations, medical sales, territory sales, healthcare outreach, or referral development.

Proven success building relationships with physicians or healthcare decision-makers.

Track record of achieving sales, outreach, or business development goals.

Experience managing a territory independently.

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
-
Ability to travel throughout the Houston territory (67-100%).
