Server Responsibilities:

Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to HWY 55 standards.

Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Keep stations stocked, clean, and organized.

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
