Ggiata was founded by three childhood friends inspired by the neighborhood Italian delis they grew up with on the East Coast. What started as a passion for great food and genuine hospitality has grown into one of Los Angeles’ favorite deli concepts.
From crispy chicken cutlets and fresh sesame bread to house-made sauces and classic Italian-American flavors, we’re committed to quality, community, and creating neighborhood spaces where both guests and team members feel at home.
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play an important role in keeping the kitchen operating efficiently and safely throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:

Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dish area
- Supporting kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assisting with basic cleaning and prep support as needed
- Helping the team stay stocked and ready during busy service periods
- Safely lifting and moving equipment, dish racks, and supplies
We’re looking for team members who are:

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team-oriented and willing to jump in where needed
- Organized and detail-focused
- Able to lift and carry heavy items throughout the shift
- Experienced in dishwashing or restaurant kitchen work (preferred, but not required)
