Commonwealth Home Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurses to work with our geriatric home health population in the Short pump, Goochland, and Louisa areas. Experience with home health is highly preferred. We offer competitive rates and benefits. Our company is owned and operated by clinicians and we utilize WellSky software for our electronic medical record. Per visit rate of 45.00 with mileage pay of 0.50 per mile

- LPN License in Virginia (Required)
